...Our Homes

"It is as much the duty of parents, then, to adorn and beautify their home as it is to keep the moral atmosphere of that home pure.

"Indeed, the latter cannot exist without the former."

-C.E. Sargent, Our Home

During this season we tend to give a great deal of thought to how we decorate our homes, the music that is played, the foods, the activities, etc., all in order to achieve a certain experience.

If it is well-said that we do well to live each day as if it were Christmas,  then might we not also want to consider the way our home is decorated year-round? The music we play? The activities, food, etc., in order to achieve a certain mood, spirit and experience?
