bureaucracy, big-ness, systemization, and institutionalism into the mix.
"In other words, when passion
and inspiration are structured, systemized and enforced, they lose their
passion and inspirational qualities and become instead forced--or at best,
manipulative.

long, hard and effectively because they genuinely love it."
