Children pretty much come naturally excited to learn.
Amazingly, adults in their
home and school life frequently manage to debunk their interests on the one
hand and force them to learn things (and in ways) they don't want to on the
other.
A powerful first step to
being truly inspiring is to start with things the young person is already
enthusiastic to learn.
